        Steven S. Zeiger, CEBS, TEP will present two 50 minute sessions for (2) CE credits:

                  The new "Fiduciary Era" of Life Insurance in New York State
    Learn the Ethical Considerations of NYS DFS Reg 187, FINRA Rule IM2210 and the
    UPIA, relating to "Decision Support Material" used by Attorneys, CPAs, Financial Planners,
    and RIAs in the Life Insurance decision making process.


    Private Placement Life Insurance Explained
    Private Placement Life Insurance (PPLI) and Private Placement Variable Annuity (PPVA)
    Learn what motivates buyers, and the costs and tax issues associated with both options.

    Steven S. Zeiger, CEBS, TEP, serves as the Managing Director of Wealth Management at KB Financial and is a
    recognized expert in applying prudent investor guidelines to life insurance product selection
    and portfolio management according to established and proven asset management doctrine-
    NYS DFS 187, the UPIA, FINRA 2210/2211.

    After graduating from the State University of New York at Albany School of Business with a BS in
    Business Administration and concentration in Finance, Steven received his advanced Insurance
    degree from the Wharton School of Business as well as his Trust and Estate Practitioners
    designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)
