    This course will address cases, rulings and other government pronouncements, with a focus
    on their impact on the provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. In addition, the seminar
    will highlight the recently enacted Setting Every Community Up for Retirement
    (SECURE) Act and discuss how the provisions of SECURE are
    going to change the landscape of planning involving IRA's.

    This four hour course will be presented by:
    Neil D. Katz, Esq.
    Neil is the Managing Partner of Katz Chwat, P.C. and is responsible for the adminstration
    of KC's overall practice. He serves a lead attorney for many of the firm's tax controversy
    and planning, corporate sales and aquistions, business planning and transactions, and
    estate planning matters.

    His practice focuses on Federal & State Income Tax Issues, as well as, matters relating to
    corporate partnerships, estate and gift taxation.

    Neil is the primary lecturer and contributor of the Katz Tax Seminars, LLC, a well-recognized,
    widely attended continuing education program registered with the National Association of
    State Boards of Accountancy as a sponsor of continuing education on the National Registry
    of CPE Sponsors.

    Neil is also a professor of Taxation at the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University.

    Four CE and CPE credits will be offered, along with an electronic workbook that will be emailed
    to all participants, prior to the class.
